1 About THCT

The Help Charitable Trust started on 1st August 2014 when Mr Jinender Jain started teaching children in the slums out of his pocket. Since then it has been a journey focused on bringing about a change that goes deeper than just providing basic education.
The Help Charitable Trust and its members have always been driven by the belief that everyone in our society has a right to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.
Our primary area of work is providing quality education to underprivileged children. Apart from that, we work in the field of Healthcare, Environmental issues, prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, Self Defence Training for Girls & Women, organising Blood Donation Camps, and the Cleanliness of our surroundings.
We have been regularly organizing events like Health Camps, Clothes Distribution in Winter, Blood Donation Camps, Self Defence Training for Girls & Women, Plantation Drives, Cleanliness Drives, Campaigns to spread awareness and prevent Child Sexual Abuse, etc. time to time.
Hamari Pathshala is one of the primary initiatives of our organisation. We aim to educate underprivileged children and provide them with mid-day meals. We have been working towards this cause since the last 5 years and the current strength at Hamari Paathshala is a massive number of 70 students who are given absolutely free education, which is the need of the hour, along with healthy mid-day meals. We also want to inform you that we are strictly against any kind of discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, race, sexual orientation, weight as well as other categories.

2 Impact & Beneficiaries

We have more than 3000 beneficiaries of our Health Camps. Also, till last year, we have given more than 2000 Blankets and Warm Clothes to the people in need. Other than this, during the pandemic, 1200+ people were provided food and all necessary items required by them (On a daily basis, Lunch & Dinner was provided for 2 months regularly; For 1 and a half months, we provided Breakfast with Tea to 500 people).
Our organisation is a firm believer that education is an important key to a bright future. Thus, we started a small school called Hamari Pathshala, where we impart quality education to children from economically weaker sections of the society and provide them with healthy mid-day meals.
Our organisation has provided free Self Defence Classes to train young girls and women with the help of the Women Wing of Delhi Police. We also provide free education along with mid-day meals to all the young girls to help them achieve their dreams. Apart from this, we help the women in the area raise their voice against Domestic Violence with the help of Delhi Police and also provide counselling where needed.
